BACKGROUND
Rachael is a Registered Practitioner Psychologist with over 15 years’ experience supporting businesses to embed organisational values, define and develop the capability of business leaders and to facilitate organisational change. She has particular expertise supporting businesses to define and measure leadership capability, developing and implementing customised development initiatives that support both individuals and teams from entry level people managers to senior directors. Her approach is focused on forming effective partnerships that ultimately enable individuals and organisations to take full ownership for the change process.
Rachael also works as a Visiting Lecturer at the University of Hertfordshire where she supports students on the Occupational Psychology and Business Psychology post graduate programme.

INGRID WATTS (she/her)

BACKGROUND
Ingrid is a Registered Practitioner Psychologist with 20 years of experience in leadership development and assessment. She has worked at all levels, from top teams to graduate and entry level. Her past projects include design and delivery of leadership development programmes, coaching and mentoring programmes, assessment, and development centres, developing and refining competency frameworks, and 360-degree feedback implementations.
Prior to her work with Blayze, she worked as Associate Faculty at the Civil Service College, Singapore, and as a Consultant with Henley Business School.
She is qualified in a range of psychometric tools in addition to being accredited as an individual and teams coach (registered with the EMCC) and Action Learning Set Facilitator.

MATHEW GIFFORD (he/him)

BACKGROUND
Mathew is a customer-centric, solution-focused consultant who delivers unique and innovative approaches from his experience in business and sports psychology. He uses a human-centred design approach to diagnose and understand the underlying challenges impacting and influencing culture, which has resulted in the creation of award-winning blended learning programmes. Mathew also has a real strength in challenging the mindsets of leaders to improve their effectiveness, whilst creating environments of psychological safety.
Mathew strongly believes in the potential of leaders to influence organisational culture. He is passionate about enabling people and teams to maximise this potential through using their diverse strengths and has worked with senior leaders across multiple sectors to enable this.

MESHA HARRY (she/her)

BACKGROUND
Mesha completed a master’s degree in organisational and business psychology prior to joining Blayze Vantage. During her time at Blayze Vantage, Mesha has supported the delivery of leadership development programmes and talent management programmes for FTSE 100 Organisations within the built environment, specialising in 360 feedback and psychometric testing, assessments for selection, training module design and the delivery of various programme elements with cohorts ranging from entry-level to directors.
Mesha is passionate about the benefits of improving psychological safety in the workplace as well as using a range of psychometric tools to develop leadership potential in the current and future workforce.
